Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Solid Dev Team LLC ("Solid Dev Team", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit soliddevteam.com (the "Site") or book a call with us. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Who we are
The data controller responsible for your personal data is:
- Solid Dev Team LLC
- 8735 Dunwoody Place #12179, Atlanta, GA 30350, US
- Email: contact@soliddevteam.com
2. What data we collect
Information you provide
When you schedule a Software Risk Review or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and any information you choose to share about your software or project.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and timestamps. This is used to operate, secure, and maintain the Site.
3. Scheduling & booking (GoHighLevel)
Our booking page (/book/) embeds a scheduling calendar provided by HighLevel, Inc. ("GoHighLevel"). When you interact with the calendar to book a call, the information you enter is processed by GoHighLevel on our behalf as a service provider/processor, and the embed may set cookies necessary for it to function. GoHighLevel processes this data under its own privacy terms in addition to this Policy.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
We keep cookies to a minimum. We use:
- Essential cookies required for the Site and the embedded scheduling calendar to work.
- A local preference stored in your browser to remember your cookie-consent choice.
We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies on the Site. The fonts used on this Site are self-hosted, so no font data is shared with third parties. If this changes, we will update this Policy and our consent banner accordingly.
5. How we use your data
- To schedule and conduct your Software Risk Review or requested call.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide our services.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
6. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (e.g. when you submit a booking); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business.
7. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the Site and our business, under appropriate agreements, including:
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) — scheduling and customer relationship management.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Email and communication providers used to reply to you.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the U.S. or other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. Under the CCPA, California residents may request to know or delete their personal information and to opt out of its "sale" — we do not sell personal data. To exercise any right, email us at contact@soliddevteam.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
14. Contact us
